The 12 Days of Christmas
(in Gina’s head)
Emile Henry, where have you been all my life?
1) 14.5” Flame top pizza stone, ooooo…olive.
This is one of the cooler things I have to have. It can go in an oven, brick pizza oven, on all grills and under a broiler. I make homemade pizzas all the time at my house, so I really need this…just ask me!
In the same family with the above pizza stone, this baking stone does pizza and more. Bake bread on it or grill shellfish, it’s that versatile. Yep, gotta have it.
3) Kabob Grilling Stone and Skewer set, red this time.
Just looking at a picture of this item makes me want to own it. A shallow dish, with skewers that fit into it perfectly, no moving around. Need I say more? Oh yes, I need this.
4) 5.5 quart Round Stew pot, black again.
For soups and stews, of course! I have a big family, this will do just fine.
5) Bread Cloche, red please.
Presently, I use my beloved Le Creuset dutch oven to bake bread. It works well, but this works better. After all, it is designed for the sole purpose of baking bread, but I bet it has a few more tricks under its lid.
6) Baguette baker, and again, black.
I may covet this baguette baker most of all. I’ve always wanted one, and this is the one to have. Dare I dream?
7) Tarte tatin set, red!
Don’t ask me why, I just need it!
8) Risotto pot, and more red
Remember the porcini risotto I posted? I bet it would cook up great in this!
9) Flame top 12″ brazier, black (noticing a theme?)
I just have a thing for the brazier, any and all.
10) 2.8 quart Flame Round Dutch Oven, gorgeous grey!
I’m not sure what I love more about this Emile Henry dutch oven, the color or how well it works. I’ll let you know.
There is a lot more to Emile Henry here.
