New York Times Chiltepin Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Since this is the week we set aside to give thanks, I want to thank Martha Rose Shulman for writing about our Southwest Thanksgiving meal in the New York Times United States of Thanksgiving.  She featured my chiltepin cranberry sauce which has become a favorite around here and which my mother-in-law asked me to bring on Thursday.  Links to the other recipes are below.
